Worshipful Ian Anderson acted as Installing Officer, Worshipful John Jix was Master of Ceremonies, and Worshipful Jim Sunseri was Installing Chaplain. Master Councilor Mitch Solario of the Huntington Beach DeMolay and Honored Queen Heather Percival of Bethel 56 were invited to speak at this event.

Worshipful Ian Anderson was again appointed Officers Coach, and Ken Stanford was again appointed Head Candidates Coach.
